- In case the product is received in a damaged (broken, leakage or any other) condition, refund or replacement will take place only if informed within 3 days from the time of delivery.
The customer is required to email us at vaasnaoelite@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, name, address, and date of delivery with a brief description of the issue for our understanding. - Once the request has been vetted by our team, we will confirm the same via email. The process will be completed within 7-21 business days. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
- All items, once dispatched, are considered final sale. No refunds will be processed once the order has been dispatched.
